Meet Our Board

Shijuade Kadree is the Head of Tech Equity and the Tech Accountability Coalition at the Aspen Digital Institute. Formerly Snap, Inc’s Global Director of Diversity Strategy, she led efforts to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into the company’s culture and products. Prior to this, she served as Chief Advocacy Officer for The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center in New York. She centers all of her work from an unapologetically Black, queer, feminist perspective. Shijuade is an alumna of Emory University, holding a joint degree from the Schools of Law and Public Health.
