WASHINGTON, D.C. — The decision to overturn Roe v. Wade is a moral catastrophe. It is also explicitly anti-democratic, as we know the overwhelming majority of Americans support abortion access and have held fast to that belief for decades.
At Public Wise, we believe all fundamental rights come back to the question of whether we have a genuine and functioning democracy. Today our hearts are heavy as we grapple with the evidence of how far we have to go before achieving that vision for what America can be.
We are not alone, and we will win. But it will take all of us.
