Call for Research Proposals: Election Threat Index Phase Two

Request for Proposals

Public Wise is seeking qualified research firms to assist with the second phase of our Election Threat Index project. The Index monitors election deniers in key roles across seven states (Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin) and helps ensure accountability through the 2026 election cycle.

We invite proposals for research that includes identifying key election administration roles, investigating election denialism, and providing data and reports on findings. Proposals should detail cost, methodology, team expertise, and timelines.
